Yuki gave her two companions a sharp and very grateful nod, fiercly wiping away her tears and the goo gushing from her eye. She shook her hand after she pulled it away from her face, trying to fling the icky substance off. And began walking with Akahana and Kugomi by her side.

Kiba gazed sadly after the girl --his girl-- and bit back a need to yell and sprint after her. He was so worried... And that worry made him vaguely aware of Vell's not-so-threatening-anymore presence.
A few very painful, very long, moments passed by. The Inuzuka boy was trying so unbearably hard to find the right words, any words, to serve as an explanation as to why Vell's niece had deserted them. Luckily, just barely making it by the skin of his teeth, he could speak correctly.
"She left... Because of her eye. A disgusting, odd-smelling...substance started to ooze from it. So she...she left for Tsunade...with Kugomi and Akahana." That was unbelievably painful, he realized.
Pivoting his head slightly to look at the older gennin, Kiba dropped down to an uncomfortable crouching position, sweeping his fingers through Akamaru's fur in an effort to comfort him. He never liked it when the white bundle got worried and whimpered-- the petting movements kept them both from whimpering like idiots. "Im worried too, Akamaru..."
~~~~~
The purple-haired mess of a kunoichi padded up the stairs, following closely behind her blond friend, heading up to the main office to set up an appointment of some kind with Tsunade. To be honest, the poor girl was scared out of her mind. Hell, anyone would be if their eye had some odd liquid protruding from their eye. This was no exception.
Her eye burned and pounded and twisted and froze and pounded some more. She wanted to cry. Yuki actually WANTED to cry. But she wiped away the saline rimming her eyelids. 'Crying will get me nowhere...' The though strangled her decaying mind.
It seemed to be only a few minutes before she was pulled into a large room and pushed up to a very cluttered desk. She blinked her functional eye, bowing after a moment's disrespect.
